1. WOLFKLIP
These terms apply to the website wolfklip.com, the WOLFKLIP software, downloads, serial numbers, licenses, trial periods and related communication. Contact is possible via cmd-c@wolfklip.com.

The agreements around downloading, activating, trying and using WOLFKLIP.
2. Applicability
By downloading, installing, activating, buying or using WOLFKLIP, you agree to these terms. If you use WOLFKLIP on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to agree on behalf of that organization.
3. License
You receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use WOLFKLIP. The software remains the property of WOLFKLIP or the rights holders. You may use WOLFKLIP according to the license you received or purchased.
4. Serial number and activation
A serial number is active on a maximum of 1 computer by default. During activation, the serial number is linked to a technical machine identifier. If you use a new computer or want to move your activation, you can request a reset via resetserial.wolfklip.com.
5. Trial period
WOLFKLIP may offer a free trial period, for example 3 days. After the trial period ends, you need a valid serial number to keep using the app. We may block misuse of trial periods.
6. Purchase, delivery and refund
After a successful purchase or manual issue, you receive a serial number and a download link. The software is delivered as a MacOS download, for example as a DMG file. A purchase gives a lifetime right to use WOLFKLIP version 1.x.x. No refund of the purchase amount is made, except where mandatory consumer law requires it. The ordering process may later be connected to payment providers such as Mollie, iDEAL, PayPal or similar services.
7. Prohibited use
You may not resell, sublicense, share with third parties, reverse engineer, bypass, modify WOLFKLIP to avoid license control, or use it in a way that causes damage to WOLFKLIP, other users or systems.
8. Updates and changes
We may release updates with improvements, bug fixes or changed features. Not every update has to be free, unless explicitly promised with your license. We may change features when needed for security, compatibility or product development.
9. Right of withdrawal
For consumers, the statutory right of withdrawal applies where applicable. For digital content or software, the right of withdrawal may expire under certain conditions when you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive withdrawal. Mandatory consumer law always remains applicable.
10. Availability and support
We do our best to keep WOLFKLIP usable and reachable. We do not guarantee that the software, website, license check or download always works without errors or interruptions. Support is provided reasonably through the available contact channels.
11. Liability
WOLFKLIP is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use, data loss, incorrectly pasted text, software conflicts, interruptions, external services or unavailability, except where the law requires liability.
12. Privacy
When using WOLFKLIP, personal data may be processed, for example for licenses, activation, support and payment. How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy statement.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The latest version is available on wolfklip.com. For material changes, we try to inform users reasonably.
14. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
